The injections themselves are quick, and most people return to their normal day afterward. You may have small bumps, redness or tenderness at the injection sites immediately after treatment, but these usually settle quickly.
Results are not immediate. You’ll begin to notice the treated muscles relaxing over the following days, with the full effect becoming more noticeable as the treatment settles in.
